Resources

Thanks for stopping by to check out the resources that we have found so far! Our prayer and intention is that this resource list will help you quickly find helpful tools from faith-based ministries whose mission is to help sexually broken people walk in freedom and victory.

As a Conservative Anabaptist (CA) himself, Arthur has unapologetically tried to choose resources that he believes are most compatible with CA values, doctrine, and practice. The actual order in the lists below is not necessarily in order of priority.

Disclaimer: By no means does Hope Journey Guide vouch for ALL aspects of every ministry, book, video and other resource that we mention here. If a ministry or resource is included here it is because we believe that they offer something of value to us and that we can benefit from them.

We are aware that not everyone can invest hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to learn about the resources available like Arthur has. One reason for this resource list is that if you are serious about your own recovery you can diligently work at your recovery, learning from the many free resources that we point you to even if you have limited financial resources. Contact us if you have a specific area of interest; we may be able to give you a specific 'start here' resource suggestion.

We welcome your suggestions for additional resources. Please contact us at HopeJourneyGuide@gmail.com and share any information that you think we need to check it out. We also welcome your description and the reasons why you believe this resource should be added to this list.

In the interest of full disclosure, as an ‘Amazon Associate,’ Hope Journey Guide earn from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We have provided these links for your convenience. Any link that starts with https://amzn.to is an Amazon affiliate link that makes a small contribution to the HJG ministry.

We have divided these resources up in a few general categories. First, we made categories for Men and Women since some of the resources we have are gender-specific. After that, we included resources that are not gender specific, first including Hope Journey Guide’s general resources and then the resources of other organizations, such as accountability software suggestions.

Enjoy!
